A small Main Street for years, children and their parents have been walking and driving to the West Englewood Plaza area to eat, exercise, shop and visit professional offices. With a well-known "Restaurant Row" of top restaurants and the recently renovated office spaces, this area is a strong target for entrepreneurs and committed business people.   This business district had its first street festival this year with the recreation of Jerusalem's Ben Yehuda Street. Thousands of people and State Dignitaries attended. Nearby, at the north end of Votee Park, the Inclusive Playground, the Region's first specially-designed for children with disabilities, is being built.
